As a member of the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) Disability Advisory Committee, we support industry-driven solutions and actively work with the accessibility community to ensure innovative tech is accessible to people with disabilities.

We believe federal regulations should balance the twin goals of improved accessibility and the flexibility to innovate. CTA is working with the FCC as it implements the 21st Century Video and Communications Accessibility Act of 2010.

CTA is also working with members of Congress to pass a bill which would make it easier for the millions of Americans suffering from mild to moderate hearing loss to get access to affordable solutions such as over-the-counter hearing devices.

The CTA Foundation helps support nonprofit organizations using technology to enhance the lives of seniors and people with disabilities.
