More tech companies, entrepreneurs and activists are becoming committed to building a more diverse workforce within the tech industry.

Tiffany Moore, CTA’s SVP of Political and Industry Affairs, Bernard Coleman III, Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion of Uber, Elizabeth Gore, President of Alice, and Michelle Morris, VP of Global Marketing Solutions of Facebook took the CES stage to outline how they are keeping their promise of working towards diverse inclusion.

“When you look at the numbers, companies that have diverse leadership teams are 75 percent more likely to get innovations underway. They’re 45 percent more likely to increase market shares. So that collaboration, that inclusion, just leads to a better product all around,” said Morris.
